Llandudno Magistrates heard that the property belonged to The Big Help, a charity that helps people living in poverty.
Handed a conditional discharge of 12 months, Jones must pay compensation of £150.
The money will be collected from her benefits within 28 days.
The court decided not to impose costs or a surcharge, so that compensation could be prioritised.
