A WOMAN has been sentenced to prison after she was found guilty of racially aggravated offences against two police officers in Rhyl.
Danielle McFarlane, 33, of Marie Curie Avenue, Sefton, was accused of racially aggravated common assault/beating against PCs Michael Jones and Rhian Rogers on April 30.
She was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 22.

The court heard how McFarlane hit one officer in the face and spat at another.
She is to serve one year in prison; two consecutive 26-week sentences for each offence.
This was uplifted due to the offence being racially aggravated and against emergency workers.
No further costs were imposed against McFarlane.
Further offences of assaulting both emergency workers by beating them were withdrawn.
