A MAN from Conwy who did not follow a red traffic light signal in Rhyl has been fined and received points on his driving record.
Carl Meddings, 59, of Cadnant Park, committed the offence while driving a Honda vehicle on November 25, 2021.
He was found guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on June 1.

Mr Meddings was handed a £183 fine, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and further costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £307, which he was given until June 29 to pay.
He was also given three points on his driving record.
