A MAN has been ordered to pay in excess of £300 after he was found guilty of threatening behaviour at a holiday park in Towyn.
Anthony O’Brien, 36, of Sedgemoor Road, Liverpool, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Ty Mawr Holiday Park on May 8.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 1.

Mr O’Brien was fined £220, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
This totalled £339, which he is to pay in full by June 29.
