He received an 18-week prison sentence, due to his “flagrant disregard for court orders”, but this was suspended for 18 months because of the prospect of his rehabilitation.
He is also to attend a 35-day “Thinking Skills” programme, and undertake a maximum of 30 days’ rehabilitation activity.
Mr Roberts must also pay £100 in compensation.
A fourth offence of assaulting Shannon King by beating her in Trelogan, Flintshire, also on December 13, 2021, was discontinued.
