A MAN who has been found guilty of threatening behaviour in Bodelwyddan has been ordered to pay in excess of £350.
Joshua Byrne, 27, of Sefton Park Road, Liverpool, was accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on May 2.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on May 23.

Mr Byrne received a fine of £180, and was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This made a total payment of £360, to be paid in fortnightly instalments of £12 from May 31.
An application was also made by the court for deductions from his benefits.
