A MAN from Prestatyn has been made to pay in excess of £200 after he was found guilty of breaching his restraining order.
Kade Inglis, 31, of Crud Yr Awel, was accused of sending a Facebook message to his sister, Amber Holden, and asking her to forward it to Cerys Wolfe on his behalf.
This was on November 16, 2021.
Mr Inglis was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Mold Crown Court on June 4, 2014.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on May 18.

He was fined £80, and told to pay compensation of £50, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £34 victim surcharge.
This made a total of £249, to be paid in weekly instalments of £6 from June 18.
An application was also made for deductions from his benefits.
