A MAN from Rhyl who was caused criminal damage to property in Denbigh has been ordered to pay in excess of £250.
Meredydd Mitchell, 33, of Maes Arthur, was accused of damaging wooden boarding on Lon Llewelyn, worth £90 and belonging to Denbighshire County Council on December 18, 2021.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on May 16.

Mr Mitchell was fined £100, and ordered to pay £90 in compensation and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This amounted to a total of £275, which he is to pay in monthly instalments of £20 from July 15.
The court also made an application for deductions from his benefits, at the request of Mr Mitchell.
