A SUPPORT hub in Prestatyn has been set up to help Ukrainian refugees and their hosts in the area.
Meetings at the Trinity Methodist Church hall on Pendre Avenue will be held on Mondays (5-6.30pm) and Thursdays (10am-12pm).
The hub pledges to offer light refreshments, friendly faces and a listening ear, as well as the opportunity to learn English.
No booking in advance is required, while all helpers have been DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)-checked.

It is believed that, at present, there are three Ukrainian families known to be in the area, all of whom have come due to family links.
This support hub has been organised by Prestatyn and Meliden “Cytun” (Churches Together), Link International, the Diocese of St Asaph, and various other interested parties in the region.
