A MAN from Rhyl has been fined after he was found guilty of breaching a restraining order previously imposed on him.
Kyle Parker, 34, of Barry Road North, was accused of contacting Tony Jones on a number of occasions between October 6 and December 20, 2021.
Mr Parker was prohibited from doing so by an order issued by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 25, 2021.

He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on May 6.
The court fined him £200, and ordered him to pay a further £50 in compensation.
Mr Parker is also to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, amounting to a total payment of £335.
