PRESTATYN TOWN FC face expulsion from the league after their licensing application was rejected by the Football Association of Wales (FAW).
In a FAW Tier 2 First Instance Body meeting to assess the 57 applicants for the Tier 2 certification, clubs were evaluated against a number of infrastructure and personnel criteria.
Prestatyn Town FC were the only Tier 2 club in North Wales to have their application rejected.
An FAW statement said: “All clubs have the right of appeal, within 10 days as of the decision of the First Instance Body, in accordance with FAW Rule 43.2.3.”

The news comes as the club's assistant manager John Barnes has announced his resignation.
Chairman Jamie Walsh said: "Would like to go on record and thank John for all the help he gave the club on and off the pitch.
"We all know what you will be missed at Bastion but wherever you end up next, I know you'll do a fantastic job."
