A SERIES of warrants were executed in Rhyl earlier today (May 5), resulting in five arrests in relation to drug offences.
Following a detailed, intelligence-led investigation, officers raided addresses at Pendyffryn Road, Lon Taylor, Vale Park and two further addresses in Liverpool.
North Wales Police (NWP) were assisted by colleagues from the Alliance and North West Regional Organised Crime Unit, working in conjunction with Merseyside Police.
Related searches were also conducted at Ffordd Parc Bodnant, Prestatyn and Brunswick Street, Garston.
In total, four men and one woman were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, with all suspects currently in custody.

Detective Inspector Helen Renshaw said: “The warrants executed this morning targeted the properties of individuals suspected of being involved in the facilitation of large-scale drug supply into North Wales.
“The five individuals arrested are currently assisting with our enquiries and our investigation remains ongoing.
“NWP continues to work hard to keep drugs off our streets and reduce crime.
"By working closely with other forces and partner agencies, we can tackle drug-related issues at the earliest opportunity.
“We urge anyone with concerns about drugs to please report these matters to us.”
