A WOMAN from Rhos-on-Sea is to pay more than £300 after she was found guilty of possession of two Class A drugs in Prestatyn.
Delyth Jones, of Elwy Road, was accused of possession of cocaine and diamorphine (heroin) in the town on March 9.
She was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 27.

She was fined £100 each for possession of both drugs.
In addition, she is to pay a £34 victim surcharge, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, to be paid in fortnightly instalments of £12, commencing May 31.
This made a total payment of £319.
An application was also made by the courts for deductions from Jones’ benefits.
The court also ordered both drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
