A MAN from Rhuddlan has been prohibited from entering TK Maxx stores in England and Wales for a year after committing theft at its shop in a Prestatyn retail park.
Leon Moore, 30, of High Street, was accused of stealing clothes from the chain’s store at Prestatyn Shopping Park, Nant Hall Road on April 9.
Mr Moore pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 27.

As well as his 12-month ban from TK Maxx, Mr Moore must also complete 60 hours of unpaid work by April 26, 2023.
He is also to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
