A MAN from Rhyl is to pay more than £800 after failing to provide the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Connor White, 23, did not give information regarding the identity of the driver of a BMW vehicle after being asked to do so by a member of North Wales Police.
This was in Prestatyn on January 12.

Mr White, of Rhodfa Fflint, was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 at Mold Magistrates’ Court on April 26
He was ordered to pay the total of £816 by May 24.
Mr White also received six penalty points on his driving record.
