A MAN from Rhyl is to pay in excess of £800 and has been disqualified from driving after speeding in Rhuddlan earlier this year.
Jonathan Pasley, 44, of Ffordd Elan, was found to be exceeding the 30mph restriction on the A547 in a Mazda vehicle on January 2.
At Mold Magistrates’ Court on April 25, he was fined £660, as well as being ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge, and additional costs of £90.

This amounted to a total of £816, which he was given until May 23 to pay.
Mr Pasley also received six penalty points on his driving record, and was banned from driving for six months.
His disqualification was considered obligatory due to his repeat offending.
