A WOMAN from Rhyl who did not obey a red traffic light signal has been fined and received points on her driving record.
Tamara Konovalova, 57, of Princes Road, committed the offence in Rhyl while driving a Volkswagen vehicle on October 12, 2021.
She was found guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on April 25.

She was handed a £40 fine, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and further costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £164, which he was given until May 23 to pay.
She was also given three points on her driving record.
