A MAN from Prestatyn has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after he drove in Rhyl while not wearing his seatbelt.
Jake Morgan, 25, was accused of driving a Volkswagen vehicle on East Parade on October 17, 2021 without his seatbelt fastened.
Mr Morgan, of Bastion Gardens, was found guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on April 25.

He was fined £83, and was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £90.
This amounted to a total of £207, which he is to pay by May 23.
