A MAN from Ruthin who stole three bottles of wine from a shop in Abergele has received a two-year conditional discharge and is to pay almost £150.
Sean Sullivan, 50, of Canol-y-Dre, was accused of stealing the bottles from Threeways Garage on February 19.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 20.

In addition to his conditional discharge, Mr Sullivan was also ordered to pay £38.92 in compensation.
He is also to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, to be paid in full by June 15, and a £22 victim surcharge.
This amounted to a total payment of £145.92.
