A MAN from Rhyl has received penalty points on his driving record and is to pay more than £350 after driving carelessly in Prestatyn.
Graham Griffith, 55, of Marlborough Grove, was accused of driving an Audi A3 vehicle on Fairview Avenue without due and attention on October 16, 2021.
Mr Griffith pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on April 20.

He was fined £233, and was ordered to pay costs of £110 in weekly instalments of £50, commencing May 18.
He is also to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and received five penalty points on his driving record.
