A FORMER Denbighshire care worker who had convictions for three drug offences has been struck off.
The fitness to practise committee of Social Care Wales heard that Mark Weaver, who had previously worked as domiciliary care worker for the Colwyn Bay-based Seashells Care and Support Services, had been convicted of driving with cocaine and two of its derivatives over the legal limit.

The panel found that his fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a removal order, which means that he can no longer work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
