A MAN from Prestatyn is to pay in excess of £300 after he was found guilty of speeding in Manchester last year.
Metin Kutlay, 35, of Kings’ Avenue, was found to be driving a Ford vehicle at 40mph on Princess Road on the A5103, where the limit is 30mph, on September 10, 2021.
A guilty verdict was proved in absence at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on April 7.

Mr Kutlay was fined £220, as well as being ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and additional costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £344, which he was given until May 5 to pay.
He also received three penalty points on his driving record.
