A MAN from Rhyl has been ordered to pay in excess of £150 after he failed to abide by a community requirement of a suspended sentence order issued to him.
David Fisher, 42, of Seabank Road, was accused of failing to attend a pre-planned appointment on March 15 without a reasonable excuse, and having failed to provide written evidence of an excuse within five working days.
This followed an order issued by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on February 16.
Mr Fisher admitted to the breach at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 13.
