A MAN from Rhyl was made to pay in excess of £200 after being found guilty of disorderly behaviour.
Dylan Ingham, 24, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with the intent cause fear of, or provoke, unlawful violence.
This was on Kinmel Street on February 18.

Mr Ingham, of Palace Avenue, pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates' Court on April 11.
He was fined £150, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, which he is to pay a fortnightly instalments of £12 commencing May 1.
This amounted to a total of £269.
A collection order was made, with the court to apply for benefit deductions.
