A MAN from Rhyl is to face a restraining order, an alcohol abstinence period, unpaid work and compensation after he was found guilty of a racially aggravated offence.
Christopher Heeley, 44, of Butterton Road, was accused of exhibiting such behaviour towards Fady Abdelmalak and Bassem Yaakoub in Towyn on October 29, 2021.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 8.

Mr Heeley was prohibited from contacting either of the men, or from entering Towyn Pizza and Kebab House, by any means whatsoever until April 7, 2023.
He was also ordered to pay £50 in compensation, and to abstain from consuming any alcohol for 90 days.
Mr Heeley must also complete 100 hours of unpaid work by October 7, 2023.
