A MAN from Rhyl has received points on his driving record and ordered to pay more than £200 after driving without a licence in the town.
Daniel Williams, aged 27, of Millbank Road, was accused of driving a SEAT vehicle on East Parade on July 21, 2021 without a licence.
He pleaded guilty to this offence at Mold Magistrates’ Court on March 30.

Mr Williams was fined £92, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £110.
This amounted to a total of £236, which Mr Williams was told to pay by April 28.
Mr Williams was also given three penalty points on his driving record.
