A WOMAN from Rhyl who did not obey a red traffic light signal has been fined and given points on her driving record.
Brogan Hart-Bryan, aged 24, of Maes Clwyd, committed the offence in Chester on the A540 Parkgate Road, at the Cheyney Road junction, on February 6.
She was found guilty at North Cheshire Magistrates’ Court on March 25.

She was handed a £40 fine, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and further costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £164, which he was given until April 22 to pay.
She was also given three points on her driving record.
