A MAN from Prestatyn was ordered to pay in excess of £200 after being found guilty of disorderly behaviour.
Scott Hindle, 35, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to those in the vicinity.
This was in Stalybridge on August 25, 2021.

Mr Hindle, of Moel View Road, Gronant, pleaded guilty at Tameside Magistrates' Court on March 24.
He was fined £120, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This amounted to a total of £239, which he was ordered to pay by April 7.
A collection order was made, with the court to apply for benefit deductions (reserve terms: £5 every 14 days, starting within 14 days).
