BUSINESSES in Denbighshire are being invited to a free Tourism Forum this April.
After being hosted virtually for two years, the Denbighshire Tourism Forum will return to being a face-to-face event on Wednesday, 6 April at the Oriel House, St Asaph.
The Forum provides a great opportunity for delegates in the tourism sector to hear about the latest developments and meet other like-minded businesses and share experiences.
With the Wales Coast Path celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, attendees will learn how their business can use the Wales Coast Path in promotion and messaging by getting involved with the anniversary celebrations.
Furthermore, the Urdd Eisteddfod is coming to Denbigh from 30 May to 4 June, and they shall be presenting their plans for its special centenary year and highlighting how businesses can get involved.
Finally, the Llangollen Railway Trust will talk about the latest developments at Llangollen Railway.
Ian Lebbon, Chair of Denbighshire Destination Management Partnership, said: “We’re very excited to return to a physical event.
“The Forum is a great way to hear about the latest news and events and share knowledge, ideas and inspire creativity.
“It’s not only for tourism businesses, it’s a good opportunity for students and anyone with an interest in tourism to hear from industry experts.”
A variety of information stands will be present, including Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Business Wales, Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod and Clwydian Range and Llangollen Food Groups.
