A CARAVAN park in Rhuddlan is said to have received a bid after being made available to offers exceeding £6.5million.
Sun Valley Caravan Park, on Marsh Road, is listed on the website of independent caravan park agency Fox Leisure as being ‘under offer’, and is open to offers of more than £6.5m on a freehold basis.
The sale of the park also includes two additional residential houses.

Its on-site facilities include a clubhouse, bar, apartment, launderette, large play area and amusement arcade.
The park is currently a family-run company, owned by Mr and Mrs Adrian Townsend and Mr and Mrs Gareth Townsend.
