CAROL Vorderman's social media posts of her "living her best life" are doing wonders for Wales and paddleboarding.
The former Countdown star and author has been keeping her Instagram followers regular updated as she enjoys the summer in Pembrokeshire.
Despite nipping back and forth for TV work, Carol has been posting pictures of her out on the water.
Swimwear photos, posted by the 60-year-old who promotes body positivity with messages like "rock with what you've got, sista" have also been well received by fans.
Her latest photo in a new swimming costume as 18,000 likes and counting on Instagram.
She posted: Another day....another excuse to get in a costume and on the water....Happy Whatever Day It Is everyone."
Follower, stevenkeily repolied: "Oh Carol.... It certainly is going to be a happy day now.... Have a brilliant day paddling."
And andypandy1111 commented: "Love you in your costumes."
Her posts about paddleboarding, using the hashtag #paddleboarding, have got people interested in the activity that is growing in popularity in north and mid Wales.

One of her most popular images recently was a picture of her being blasted in the face from the air from her paddleboard.

"Ah...I forgot the make up bit...Soz...don't show it to the kids or they'll get nightmares."
Far from having nightmares, followers complimented Carol on the candid image.

Born in Bedford, Bedfordshire, Carol's mum brought the family back to home town of Prestatyn.
She attended Blessed Edward Jones Catholic High School in Rhyl before studying engineering at Cambridge.
After leaving Countdown in 2008, the 60-year-old has remained a regular on our screens, appearing on Strictly, I'm a Celebrity, and Loose Women.
