A HOLIDAY park is hoping to take a real leap into the summer with its new thrill-seeking activity - The Jump.
The Jump at Haven’s Presthaven Holiday Park, Prestatyn, was officially opened by gold medal winning Heptathlete and Broadcaster Denise Lewis on Thursday, July 15.
This was made possible due to of Haven’s partnership with Team GB.
The Jump gives holidaymakers the experience of free falling from two different heights onto a massive airbag.
Neil Ankers, general manager for Haven’s Presthaven holiday park, said: “We’re all excited to introduce The Jump on park which will give our holidaymakers and holiday homeowners something exciting to experience during their time with us.
“It will certainly garner plenty of attention and will easily become a favourite, based on how well it has been received at other parks already.”
The new addition is part of the Park of the Future project that is now its third year, seeing Haven invest more than £110m since 2019 in a range of new and innovative concepts for guests and owners to enjoy.
The Jump was first introduced at Haven’s Craig Tara in Ayr.
Denise, who was impressed by the new addition to the park, said: “What a thrilling yet nervous experience.
“I can see this is going to be so popular and I know my children will love it too. Definitely one to try this summer.”
The Jump will be available for all Stay+Play guests and will be a part of the Adventure Village that has a range of activities for both young and old to enjoy.
