A MOTORIST has been summoned to court after being caught without a license or insurance in Kinmel Bay.
North Wales Police's Roads Policing Unit said the driver's vehicle was seized after it was stopped without an MOT or tread on two tyres during the incident on Wednesday.
The force's Intercept Team, which carries out road enforcement using automatic number plate recognition technology, helped to seize the vehicle.
A tweet on the NWP Roads Policing Unit page said: "Joint stop with NWPInterceptors in Kinmel Bay today.
"The driver had no licence, no insurance, no MOT and no tread on two tyres.
"Unsurprisingly, the vehicle was seized and the driver reported for summons."
