DAVID Jones, MP for Clwyd West, in his Christmas message, urged people to work together to keep each other healthy and safe.
He said: “During the Covid 19 epidemic, we are doing everything possible to protect the health of our staff and constituents. That means minimising contact with others. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to help achieve this.
“Our Westminster and Colwyn Bay offices are now closed and staff usually based there are working from home. They may, however, be contacted by telephone or e-mail.
“Please ensure that when you write to us you supply all your telephone contact numbers. The member of staff dealing with your case will supply you with his or her contact number.
“If you need to speak to me personally, please telephone in advance so we may agree a time slot for a telephone conversation.
“Thank you for your cooperation. At this difficult time, it is important we all work together to keep one another as healthy and safe as possible.”
