PET detectives will join a search for a missing family pet.
Jaffa - a two-year-old large ginger male cat - has been missing since Sunday, July 26.
On Tuesday, August 4, Animal Search UK Pet Detectives will visit Rhuddlan and assist with the search.
Detectives will be conducting house to house inquiries in the neighbourhood and will use thermal imaging cameras.
Andrew McNair, lead investigator, said: “Very often cats are found no more than a mile away, but obviously there are many places a cat can become trapped in injured, what’s important is that we try and raise as much awareness as possible to hopefully reunite Jaffa with his worried owners.
"During our most recent search, we found the cat under the floorboards of a nearby house. It was having an extension built, so no place is too unusual to find a lost pet."
Animal Search UK are the largest lost and found pet organisation in the UK.
