A RED carpet event to mark the release of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again will also act as a celebration as Rhuddlan's Alexa Davies stars in her biggest role to date.
Alexa plays the young version of Julie Walters' character Rosie in the new musical sequel which stars Lily James, Cher, Amanda Seyfried, Dominic Cooper, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth, just to name a few.
Alexa was a Theatre in the Community (TiC) student for about 10 years.
Through TiC, based in Rhyl, the 22-year-old was given the opportunity to play leads roles in productions such as High School Musical 2, Rent, Oliver and the Wizard of Oz. She also played Blousey Brown in Bugsy Malone.
Alexa attended Ysgol Glan Clwyd school in St Asaph. Before the Mamma Mia! film sequel, the actress was best known for her role as Aretha in Raised by Wolves.
Jen Smith, TiC Company Director, said: "Alexa and her sister Bethany, also an accomplished actress and also a TiC student, are both still avid TiC supporters.
"We are extremely proud of Alexa and her fantastic journey within the arts so far.
"She is part of our TiC family along with many who have gone on to Gigantic success within the industry."
Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is being released in the cinemas on Friday (July 20).
TiC alumni include Denbigh’s Amber Davies, who went on to win last year's Love Island reality TV series.
To mark the silver screen event, TiC have organised the red carpet gala evening. The event will start at 7pm at the Scala Cinema, Prestatyn. Tickets £15 with Prosecco and canapes, £10 for children with soft drink and popcorn.
