RHOMAS David Andrew Andrew passed away on the 16th June after an all too brief battle with cancer. Formerly a resident of St Asaph, he was an active member of the City Council and Denbighshire County Council. He is survived by two sons, Duncan and Richard, and will be missed by all who knew him. Cremation to be held at St Asaph crematorium 2pm on the 4th JulyYour tribute has been received.
