CARD Pauline Sylvia M.B.E Passed away peacefully on 28th October 2021 aged 87 years. Devoted wife to Jeffery and dearly loved mother to Richard, Susan and Tim. Funeral Service to take place at SS Peter and Frances Church, Prestatyn on Monday 15th November 2021 at 11:30am followed by cremation at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St Asaph. A reassuring and very kind health visitor, who helped me enormously as a new mother. She was always encouraging and was someone I trusted implicitly. So sad she has left us, and I send my condolences and love to her family.
