FORMSTON Lynda Mary 30th September 2021 peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 72 years and of Prestatyn. Loving Wife of Brian. Devoted Mother of David, Andrew and Susan. Cherished Nan of Lee, Louise, Daniel and Joshua. Lynda will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and many friends. Funeral service to be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park, St Asaph on Tuesday 26th October 2021 at 11:00am. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Lynda will be gratefully accepted towards MacMillan Cancer Support.
