SARAH JANE CLARK 29th August 2021 at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd aged 40 years and of Prestatyn. Loving partner to Stuart and devoted Mother of James. Cherished Sister of Sharon, Joel, Hannah, and Zara. Much loved Daughter of the late Janice, Steve, Stuart and Avril. Sarah will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. You are welcome to attend the service for Sarah which will be held at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday 17th September 2021 at 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Sarah will be gratefully received towards the work of Papyrus.
