STAMMERS - Caroline Mary (Née Grzyb) Sadly passed away on Friday 14th May 2021, at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 74 years. Beloved mum of Jason and Jonathan, grandmother of Josh, sister of Nick and Steph, auntie to Louise, Mark and Laura. Caroline will be dearly missed by all her family and her many friends. Too Soon Gone. Private funeral service to be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, but if desired any donations in memory of Caroline will be gratefully accepted for Redwings Horse Sanctuary.
