ROBERTS Jayne Ann (nee Fairweather) June 23rd, 2020 Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 59 years of 21 Llwyn Morfa, Abergele. The much loved mum of Toni and Leighton, beloved nan to Leo and Ethan and dear sister of Christine and Lesley. Private Service at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Friday July 3rd at 11.45 am.
