JONES Ann Passed away Saturday 24th August 2019. A beloved Mum to Darren, Debbie and Charlotte, and a treasured Grandma to all of her Grandchildren. Ann will be very sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Church Service to be held on Friday 20th September 2019 at St. Thomas' Church, Rhyl, at 2:00pm, followed by committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium. Colourful dress code desired.
