EVANS - Geoff and family wish to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the kind messages of sympathy and support received during the sad loss of a wonderful wife, mum and grandmother Joy. Special thanks to Rev. Quentin Bellamy for his kind ministrations, to all Doctors and staff at St. Kentigern Hospice, the District Nurses, especially Vicky and Tracy, Mel at Q Care and the Prestatyn Community Hospital for all their care and assistance. To all who kindly donated to St. Kentigern Hospice and to Peter Roberts Funeral Directors, Prestatyn for their funeral arrangements and services.
