RAY FORTNER A BIG THANK YOU to Glan Clwyd Hospital On the 15th February I was taken into Glan Clwyd Hospital. I was told that I had diabetes and my sugar level was 44.
I can not thank the Doctors and Nurses enough in AMU and on Ward 9.
They all worked very hard to get me back to good health and not forgetting the Ambulance and Paramedics who kept me comfortable whilst waiting to be admitted. I am now feeling very well.
A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN.
